We’re Hosting Free Health and Wellness Events and Everyone is Invited!
Prioritize your health and discover a wealth of wellness information, activities and presentations for all ages while connecting with your community. There’s something for everyone at the second annual Health and Wellness Fair!

Big Feelings! Dealing With Emotions That Are Too Big to Ignore
Connect with mental health and wellness professionals as they offer a series of yoga, play therapy, art therapy, and other workshops for families, kids and teens. De-stress in our meditation room or stop and chat with a mental health professional at our Q&A tables -- both are available throughout this event.
