Performance Administrator Listing

To access HEAR via the Talent Management System:

1. Go to https://talent.houstontx.gov.
   
2. Enter your username – E123456 (six-digit employee ID number with the “E” – add a (0) zero for ID numbers that are five digits long).
   
3. Enter your password – this is the same password you use to log into your computer at work.
   EXCEPTIONS:
   Controller's Office: Password Reset Link or email hrim@houstontx.gov with your employee ID and reason for the email.
   HAS employees: Password Reset Link or reach out to the HAS IT team with your employee ID and reason for the email.
   HPD employees: Password Reset Link or reach out to HPD LMS Team at 832-394-2300 have your payroll ID and reason for the email available.
4. For any password problems, please contact HITS Client Services Helpdesk at 832-394-4487 or by submitting a ticket through help.houstontx.gov.
5. If your Performance Administrator is not available, send your requests to HEAR@Houstontx.gov.
