The Plat Activity Report contains information about the plats, replats, variances and special exceptions to plats that will be considered at the upcoming Planning Commission meeting. The report provides locational, plat, and applicant information for each application in an Excel format that can be easily scrolled through, or sorted, based on particular data, such as council district.
Plats are checked for the proper subdivision of land and for adequate street or right-of-way, building lines and for compliance with Chapter 42, the City's land development ordinance. The Commission meets every other Thursday at 2:30 p.m. in City Hall annex chambers, 900 Bagby unless otherwise posted. The agenda is posted three days in advance at www.HoustonPlatTracker.org. Items on the agenda posted as consent are typically considered in one group. Items considered separately include replats requiring a public hearing and variances. Members of the public can sign up to speak on any agenda item at the meeting. For more information about a particular plat, please contact the Planner of the Day at 832.393.6624 or by email at planningdepartment@houstontx.gov.
