Change Court Date

As the defendant, you can:

• Appear at least two (2) business days before your arraignment court date to set your case for trial.
• Appear on your arraignment court date and enter a plea.
• Complete the Plea of Not Guilty by Mail form and mail/email it on or before your scheduled arraignment court date.
