Our Programs
Career Development
Our various employment opportunities connect youth ages 16 –24 to local jobs where they are empowered with an “earn and learn” opportunity in Houston’s dynamic economy.
Youth Public Safety
Works to improve children’s safety, resource accessibility, emergency preparedness, and greenspace accessibility.
Youth Engagement
Integrates youth voices into our programs and ensures youth are included and represented in the decision-making process that shapes Houston.
Mental Health Resources
Seeks to empower youth to care for their mental health, providing them with the tools to seek the resources and support they need.
Extracurricular Activies
Expands access to, and improves, the quality of out-of-school, and after-school, time opportunities for children and youth in Greater Houston.
Nature & Outdoor Education
Implements nature connection strategies so Houston’s children and youth learn, play, and grow with nature as a key part of their daily lives.
Early Childhood Education & Development
Works to build a network of tuition-free preschools that offer year-round, full-day programming, five days a week, for children ages 3-5 years old.
School & Community Engagement
Seeks to foster partnerships with local schools and community organizations through outreach and engagement efforts to best support our city.
