Another Opportunity Awaits.

The City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) is seeking qualified multifamily developers and property owners to apply for a new funding opportunity to support the construction, rehabilitation, or acquisition of multifamily properties across Houston.

This opportunity is part of HCD’s ongoing commitment to expand affordable housing, support long-term recovery, and strengthen communities impacted by the 2024 Derecho and Hurricane Beryl.
